Terms and Conditions Agreement
By registering on playfantasyzone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Game Rules. These terms govern your use of our platform, services, and software for fantasy sports contests. We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion, with changes posted on our website and notified via your registered email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account by contacting support@playfantasyzone.com.
Eligibility
- Contests are open to individuals aged 18+ residing in India, except in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tamil Nadu for pay-to-play contests.
- Users must provide a valid email address and complete KYC verification (including government-issued ID) to confirm age and residence.
- Residents of restricted states are barred from pay-to-play contests, enforced through KYC and IP-based geo-blocking.
Use of Software
- Our software is for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to playing fantasy sports for entertainment.
- Users may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the software.
- Use of artificial intelligence, bots, or automated tools is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to limit participation or terminate accounts for suspected cheating, collusion, or disruptions.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. playfantasyzone is not liable for unauthorized access due to password sharing. Notify us immediately at support@playfantasyzone.com if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Contests
Public Contests:
Open to all eligible users, with pre-specified participant numbers (e.g., 2, 5, 10, or 100). Contests become operational when the required number of participants join; otherwise, fees are refunded.
Private Contests:
Created by users with a unique code, limited to invited participants. If insufficient participants join, fees are refunded or the contest may convert to a public contest with user consent.
Confirmed Contests:
Operational once the minimum number of winners is reached, even if all slots are not filled. Prizes are subject to TDS per the Income Tax Act, 1961. Winners are responsible for additional taxes.
Warranties
We strive to provide accurate, reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation due to technical limitations. playfantasyzone disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for third-party score feeds’ inaccuracies or service disruptions beyond our control. For issues, contact support@playfantasyzone.com.
Breach and Consequences
Violations of these terms may result in:
- Account suspension or termination.
- Seizure of account funds.
- Legal action for damages or prosecution for offenses.
- We reserve the right to restrict games or freeze accounts for suspected cheating or collusion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with exclusive jurisdiction in New Delhi’s civil courts.
Refunds
Payments for contests are final, except in cases of platform errors, reviewed at our discretion if reported within 3 days to support@playfantasyzone.com. Canceled contests result in full refunds.
Indemnity
playfantasyzone is committed to protecting your privacy while providing a safe, secure platform for fantasy sports. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data, in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
